2024 Rally on the Rock

Description

Westside Pickleball League kicks off the summer with the 2024 RALLY ON THE ROCK tournament! All the fun happens on 12 outdoor pickleball courts at Nino Cantu Southwest Athletic Complex in West Seattle.

Non-sanctioned Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze.
Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles (no Mixed).
2 age groups: 19-49 and 50+
3 skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0
Brackets may be combined if needed for numbers.

Event schedules will be published closer to the tournament.

Pre-registration for Westside Pickleball League's league coordinators, leads, and qualified crew members opens on April 15th 8 p.m. A code will be required for pre-registration.

FEES
Early Registration / per player: $60 through May 9.
Registration / per player: $75 May 10 or later.
~Payment is required at time of registration.

REGISTRATION RULES
~Players may register for 1 event.

~Players will self-rate when registering. Players may only play up in skill 0.5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players, using your World Pickleball Rating. If unavailable, then we will use your Pickleball Bracket Rating. If also unavailable, we will use your Self Rating in your player profile. Tournament Director will move you up to what your rating is (or the waitlist if that division is full).

~Partner is NOT required at time of registration. However you will be moved to waitlist if your partner does not register within 3 days of your registration.

~If a player needs to change their partner due to injury or unexpected circumstances, they can do so up to 7 days prior to the start of the tournament. Players needing to change partners need to contact the tournament director to do so.

~Waitlisted teams that are complete will be added to the active roster once space becomes available or if a division is expanded.

Weather

**If any event is cancelled due to weather, there will be up to 50% refund.**

Health & Safety

- Restrooms located in Southwest Pool lobby by the SWAC courts. Enter through doors on Thistle Street. 
- Additional restrooms located at the SWAC consessions.
- Stay hydrated. Water fountain is located in Southwest Pool lobby. Water jugs will be in Players' tent.
- First aid kit will be at score table.
- Bring sunblock.

Refund Policy

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawls.

REFUND DEADLINE
June 1st - Deadline to receive a refund for registration

No refunds will be given after June 1st, unless your event is combined with another age/skill group or cancelled. In this case, the tournament director will notify you of changes and you will lhave the opportunity to withdraw and request a refund.

**WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY**
