Our Money Pickleball Tournament at John Newcombe Country Club in New Braunfels, Texas, that takes place in April 2024 is sponsored by New Braunfels ER & Hospital. This inclusive event, open to participants aged 15 and above, features three competitive divisions (3.0+, 4.0+, and Open), each encompassing men's and women's doubles, mixed doubles, and singles categories.

Schedule:

Saturday April 27th
- 3.0 + and Open Division for men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles

Sunday April 28th
- 4.0 + for men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles
- 3.0+ and Open Division Singles men and women

John Newcombe Country Club is the home of 8 designated pickleball courts and offers essential amenities, including a food bar for sustained energy, as well as conveniently located bathrooms and locker rooms for participants' comfort.

In our commitment to ensuring a well-organized and enjoyable experience for all, specific event times will be communicated to registered players 3-5 days in advance.

Games: Guaranteed 3 games
Minimum Registration fee (First event plus registration admin fee): $40.00
Registration for Open Play Prize Money: Registration fee, plus $20 per event
When registering online, online waiver signature is used.
Online payment via PayPal is available. PayPal also allows credit card payments.

Additional Information

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill.

Weather

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. If there is a complete washout, we will reschedule it to the following weekend.

Health & Safety

All first time visitors will be asked to sign a liability waiver when the arrive at the facility or fill it out online.

Refund Policy

Cancellation deadline is 5 pm on April 6th.

If you withdraw after CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will not be issued a refund. Cancellation prior to that date are subject to a $10 administration fee.

ALL REFUNDS will be sent after the tournament is completed.
