Walden's Fall Frenzy Presented by Two Tones Dueling Piano Bar

Welcome to Walden's Fall Frenzy 2024 tournament. We are located at the Walden Racquet Center, 11800 Walden Road, Montgomery, Texas 77356. Tournament will be played on 18 total courts. Courts are a combined outdoor, outdoor covered, dedicated, and taped.

Food, snacks and alcohol will be provided during all days of play for players. A free tournament t-shirt will be given to players at check-in. Please make sure your tshirt size is updated in your profile. These t-shirts will be unisex sizes.

Tournament ball will be the Franklin X-40 outdoor ball. Color is optic yellow.

Sr. Mens Doubles 50+, 3.0

Saturday (4/6):
Men's Doubles - Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Women's Doubles - Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+

Sunday (4/7):
Mixed Doubles - Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+
Sr. Mixed Doubles - 50+,3.0
Sr. Mixed Doubles - 50+, 3.5+
Sr. Mixed Doubles - 65+, 3.0
Sr. Mixed Doubles - 65+, 3.5

*Remember: In order to be counted as a team, payment must be completed. Otherwise, you will be moved to the wait list. If you are having troubles registering your partner, make sure they have a pickleball brackets account and profile. Additional Information

Format for tournament:
8 teams- divided into 2 pools, top 2 winners from each pool play a single elimination playoff for medals.

7 teams- round robin, 1-15, win by 2

6 teams- round robin, 1-15, win by 2

5 teams- round robin, 2/3 to 11, win by 2

4 teams- round robin, 2/3 to 11, win by 2

**This is a non-sanctioned tournament and we will be using the WPR in PickleballBrackets.com for competition.

**If fewer than 3 teams, brackets will be combined.

**Any more than 8 teams (up to 10 teams max), 1 to 15 will be played in pool play.

Weather

Please keep in mind, this is an outdoor tournament; we will do all things possible to play this tournament for inclement weather. We do have 8 covered courts that we will use. However, tournament director retains the right to change the format due to weather.

Refund Policy

The cancellation deadline for this tournament is March 1, 2024. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued after this date. Registration deadline is March 23, 2024. *Software fee is always non-refundable.
