Description

Going to bed hungry and waking up without power is experienced by far too many in our community. Those without enough food to eat, or the resources to do something about it, have been our neighbors for a long time. And the faces of those who are chronically hungry are not readily identified. By participating in our 2nd Annual SYM Classic you will be helping your neighbor in need. Thank you.

Registration - $50.00 ($10 per event after first event)
Early Registration - Deadline: 07/26/23 - $40.00 ($10 per event after first event)
Registration includes: One Event ($10 per event after first event) & Free Shirt
When registering online, online waiver signature is used.

Weather

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor tournament. There is no indoor back up. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. There are no refunds or make up days if the tournament is impacted by weather.

Refund Policy

PLAYER WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Full refund (less any non-refundable payment charges) if withdrawal is completed by October 8th.
Wait listed ONLY players will not be charged a processing fee and may remain on the wait list throughout the duration of the tournament.
All refunds after October 8th will be considered a request and evaluated by the tournament director.
Please send your withdrawal/refund request to the Tournament Director.
