Mercy Heart Pickleball Tournament 2024

Description

The purpose of this tournament is to have fun and raise money and awareness for The Mercy Heart Clinic. The event will be one day (September 14th) with men's, and women's taking place in the morning and mixed doubles in the afternoon. All matches will be played at the beautiful Rockdale Tennis Center.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION THROUGH JULY 31st - $50 FOR TWO EVENTS. Registration is $60 after July 31st for two events. Free shirt guaranteed if register before September 1st!

Additional Information

Your participation in this tournament will help to continue the quality care of services provided by Mercy Heart, Inc. to better serve the at risk population in Rockdale County. Mercy Heart provides free medical, dental, social work care and at home post hospital care to individuals who need our support. Mercy Heart’s patients are provided the tools to manage and move beyond their medical issues allowing for reduced hospital and ED visits, reduced disease morbidity and a start in the process of becoming self-sufficient. Mercy Heart, Inc. is a 501C3 nonprofit Charitable organization.

Refund Policy

Cancellation deadline is 9pm August 28th , 2024. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $15 administration fee. Southern Pickleball Association membership purchases are non refundable.

This is an outdoor tournament. There are no refunds for weather related cancellations unless a player has purchased tournament cancellation insurance.

We will make every effort to complete all events. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other Southern Pickleball events.


ALL REFUNDS will be sent within 7 days after the tournament is completed.
