Events: Singles, Mens Doubles, Womens Doubles, Mixed Doubles
Age Categories: Open to All / 60 and Above
Age is based on age as of December 31, 2022
Early registration for Surrey Pickleball Club members starting on April 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: Surrey Pickleball Club members, before you register you MUST have "Surrey Pickleball Club" in the club field within your pickleballbrackets.com profile.
Registration for General Public will open on April 19 at 5:00 p.m.
Registration closes on June 15, 2022 at 11:00 p.m.
Registration fee: $50 plus $15 per event
REGISTERING FOR A SKILL LEVEL
When registering for a skill level, eg. 4.0 at least one of the players must be rated at the skill level of the event. Eg. a 3.5 playing with a 4.0 player are eligible to play in 4.0. Two 3.5 players cannot play in 4.0.
This is a Pickleball Canada sanctioned event, all registrants MUST be a Pickleball Canada Member to play in this tournament. Please ensure your Pickleball Canada Membership number and your skill level are up to date in your pickleballbrackets.com profile before registering for this tournament. If you are not a Pickleball Canada member, you can become a member at https://www.pickleballcanada.org/
Registration is online only at https://pickleballbrackets.com/. Registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered, agreed to the online waiver, and PAID in full. Online payment via PayPal using credit card or PayPal account. When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist.
All players must complete their registration by June 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., or they could potentially be placed on the Waitlist. Players may enter as a team or look under “Players Needing Partners” to find a partner.
Please note: If the partner has not completed their registration within FIVE days of the first partner registering, the team will be moved to the waitlist if there are fully-paid teams on the waitlist. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will move from the waitlist back to the active list ONLY if there is a slot available.
In the case of waitlists, in doubles events – teams will take priority over individuals.
COMPLETE means, the waiver is signed, the registration is paid in full and your partner needs to be registered, waiver signed and paid in full.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in the Skill Group based on their current UTPR/USAPA/PCO rating skill groups based on registration. The Tournament Committee has the right to make changes to the tournament, combine divisions, or change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
Players are encouraged to bring:
- their own portable chairs
- hat or umbrella for personal shade
- we are planning to have Food Trucks on-site. If you have dietary concerns or restrictions then consider bringing your own food and drinks
- remember that dehydration can happen quickly when playing in the sun
- water will be available for purchase or the nearest free water refill station is located inside the Recreation Center, a two-minute walk from the venue

ALL fully paid registrants receive a complimentary tournament shirt if registered before June 15. NO EXCHANGES. Please read sizing chart carefully before selecting your size.

Refund Policy
Registrants withdrawing before June 15, 2022, 11:00 p.m. will be refunded registration & event fees minus a $15.00 administration fee. NO refunds after June 15, 2022, 11:00 p.m. for player cancellations / withdrawals.
In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen issues between July 15-18 that prevent play, only those participants who did not play in ANY event will be refunded their registration & event fees, minus a $15.00 administration fee.
