Description

The 2nd Annual Americana YMCA Pickleball Invitational is a fundraising tournament supporting the Americana YMCA located in Zachary, Louisiana. This 2 day competition will conduct a doubles event on Saturday, Dec. 9th, and a mixed doubles event on Sunday, Dec. 10th. We will also be including a Juniors Division for the first time! The format for the tournament will be round robin, best 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2. This will be a skill based tournament with ages being grouped as close together as possible. Tournament Operations reserves the right to combine and/or split age groups in order to facilitate play. Snacks, drinks and lunches will be provided. If you would like to have a souvenir shirt in your correct size, then you need to register no later than Friday, Nov. 17th. We cannot guarantee you will receive a shirt in your size if not. This event is being produced by Magnolia Classic, LLC .

Weather

In the event of a rain delay, all efforts to complete interrupted and remaining matches will be attempted. We will not be rescheduling the event.

Health & Safety

Basic First Aid will be available on site. In the event of a serious injury, EMS will be called.

Refund Policy

There will only be refunds issued with a valid medical excuse.
