The Connecticut Sports Management Group presents the Connecticut Masters' Games Skill Level/Age Group Pickleball Tournament.

THE SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED AND EMAILED TO PLAYERS APPROXIMATELY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.

USAPA members with an official skill level rating, must register for that level or higher.
***A team must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player.***
Age groups are 30-39, 40-49 and 5 year divisions starting at age 50.
Skill levels are 3.0 and under, 3.5, and 4.0+.
The Men's Doubles events in the 30-39, 40-49, and 55-59 age groups, Women's Doubles in the 50-54 age group and the Mixed Doubles events in the 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65-69 feature 4.5+ skill level groups. Depending on the number of registrants, a 4.5+ skill level group may be added to any other event to accommodate higher level players.
Women's Doubles and Men's Singles will be held on Friday, May 17th
Mixed Doubles will be held on Saturday, May 18th
Men's Doubles and Women's Singles will be held on Sunday, May 19th
On Friday, May 17th, the older age groups will play in the morning and the younger groups will play in the afternoon.
The tournament format is round robin for events with a small number of teams. For events with more than 9 teams, teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top two teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.
When age groups are combined within skill levels to create a playing bracket, medals will be awarded by the original age group.
Tournament results will be sent to the USAPA for inclusion in USAPA Tournament Player Ratings*

Registration is online through this website.
The registration fee is $50 for up to two events and $10 for an additional event. There will be a practice session on Thursday, May 16th from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. A $6 per person fee for the session can be paid at registration. Spouses and friends of players are welcome.
