P3 2024 Cinco de Mayo Fiesta - Hosted by P3 Pickleball and the NCPA

Description

The P3 Cinco de Mayo Fiesta hosted by P3Pickleball and the North Carolina Pickleball Association. Come enjoy a fantastic two days of Round Robin play. We will have Men's and Women's Singles, Men's and Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles brackets of 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Men's and Women's Singles will play Friday afternoon, New Update as of April 24th - Men's and Women's Doubles will play now play on Sunday, and Mixed Doubles will play Sunday. Play will begin at 8am Sunday and the Men's and Women's Singles Event will be held Friday afternoon. New this year we are also hosting a Beginner's Clinic Friday 11am and an Advanced Clinic Friday 1pm before singles play begins.

Additional Information

Inclement Weather Policy - This is an outdoor tournament. If an event has STARTED and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds, credits or make up days. We will make every effort to complete any event that has been started. The Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of an event, we will refund your registration fees less any prorated incurred expenses.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other NCPA events.

Refund Policy

No refunds or credits for any reason after April 28, 2024. There will be a processing fee of $5 for any refunds prior to April 28, 2024.
