Format: Round Robin - Skill Levels 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 & 4.0 (in some brackets)


BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS TOURNAMENT PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE

Registration Fee: $35.00 plus $10.00 per event

NOTE: Chilliwack Pickleball Club members, before you register you MUST have "Chilliwack Pickleball Club" in the club field within your pickleballbrackets.com profile. DO NOT type it, choose it from the drop-down list when you are updating your profile.

This is an in house tournament only and you must be a member of Chilliwack Pickleball Club to play.

Registration is online only. For the Set Doubles Events registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered, signed the online waiver, and PAID.

For the Women's, Men's and Mixed Scramble events you do not need to enter with a partner.

When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist.

All players must complete their registration by March 12th, 2023, at 9pm, or they could potentially be placed on the Waitlist.

For all Set Doubles events players may enter as a team or look under "Players Needing Partners" to find a partner. PLEASE NOTE: If a partner has not completed their registration within Four days of the first partner registering, the team will be automatically moved to the waitlist. When the identified partner registers after the four-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the waitlist back to the active list if there is a slot available.

In the case of waitlists, in doubles events - teams will take priority over individuals.


COMPLETE registration means, the waiver is signed, the registration is paid in full and your partner needs to be registered, waiver signed and paid in full.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in the Skill Group based on their current club rating. The Tournament Committee has the right to make changes to the tournament, combine divisions, or change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.

Scores will not be entered into your Pickleball Brackets or your club ratings.

Men's Scramble Doubles 2.0 & Under, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 and over (No Partner Needed)

Saturday March 18th - Tentative and subject to change based on registration

Set Men's Doubles: 2.0 & Under, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and over (Partner Required)

Set Women's Doubles: 2.0 & Under, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 & Over (Partner Required).

NB: In the set doubles division one partner must be of the skill level entered. You may not play in a division lower than your club rating.

Sunday March 19th - Tentative and subject to change based on registrations.

Mixed Scramble Doubles, 2.0 & Under, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 & Over (No partner Needed)

Every game will be played with a different partner. Points for wins will be tallied at the end and the male player and female player with the most points will be declared winners. First tie breaker will be head to head and second tie breaker will be point differential.

The scores for the Mixed Scramble Doubles will not be entered into brackets and will be tallied manually.

Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided for players only.

Refund Policy

A refund less a $10 administration fee will be given up to March 10th, 2023.

No refunds after March 10th, 2023 will be given.
