YO ADRIAN! You might be wondering what the Yo Adrian! is all about. It is a play on the Rocky movies. Our logo is the infamous silhouette of Rocky but this time he is holding a pickleball paddle. Rocky says, "It aint about how hard ya hit. It is about how hard you can get hit - and keep moving forward. That's how winnin' is done." This crosses over to pickleball perfectly. Bangers don't always win - it is about moving forward to the kitchen. Get it?
EXPERIENCE AN LEEC EVENT! Here at Lancaster Early Education Center, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer experience. We have many years of fundraising events under our belt (and lucky you) we decided to bring it all together for the ultimate pickleball experience. From the tournament play to the special games and raffles - you will have fun.
MONEY BALLERS: “Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that!”- Rocky Balboa

We will make playoffs with the highest seeded players in each bracket (16). At the end we will see which individual players has the most points, and those players moves on to the playoffs. Top 2 men and women's will be the winners respectively. It's a way to make an individual contest out of a doubles event.

The Diadem Neon Premier Powerball will be used for all play as they are the official ball sponsor for the tournament. This USAPA Tournament approved ball is the new standard in single mold seamless construction. Utilizing an incredibly durable plastic, the hard material and 40 equal size holes makes it ideal for outdoor play or indoor play on tennis court surfaces - which is what we are doing at the Yo Adrian! Tournament. This ball is considered a fast ball due to its hardness which places it in the upper end of the USAPA allowance. Tested in extreme conditions you can expect long lasting durability in weather as cold as 45 degrees. Consistent and reliable, bangers and dinkers alike will enjoy the ball’s ability to maintain its round shape over the life of the ball.
