2023 Brisbane Team Challenge

Description

This event is part of a TEAM competition (2 men + 2 women)

By registering - you AGREE to play in all events as part of a team.

You will need to select 3 events: Gender Doubles, Mixed Doubles (Team 1) and Mixed Doubles (Team 2) listing all your partners. Please ensure that you join the events for one Skill level only (intermediate or Open).

If you do not have a team, please select "need a partner" and we will try our best to assign you to a team.

Teams will compete in Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

Open Division will start playing at 8:00 am on Sunday 2nd April, please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your games for check-in and warm-up.

PARKING: there is free parking on site next to the tennis centre. If the parking is full, there is plenty of space available on the street.

CASH: Remember there are no EFTPOS facilities so bring along cash for your payments.

REGISTRATION: Make sure you arrive at least half hour before your scheduled matches for warm up and registration.

TOURNAMENT BRIEFING: There will be a tournament briefing 15 minutes before the start of each division event. The Tournament is expected to run for the full day (Intermediate will play on Saturday 1st April and Advanced will play on Sunday 2nd April). Be aware that your matches might be as early as 8:00 am or as late as 9:45pm.

TOURNAMENT RAFFLE: We are running a tournament raffle with tickets being available on the day, so please bring some cash to purchase some tickets. There are many great prizes to win.

CHAIRS: There are limited seats available at the venue so we encourage spectators to bring their own camping chairs.

Refund Policy

If the entire tournament is abandoned due to inclement weather then a full refund will be processed.

In the case where weather intervenes partway through the event that has commenced, and the event cannot be completed, then no refund is applicable.
