Registration Fee:
💥Early Bird Until: $30 (10/30– 11/24)
💥Just Missed it Deadline: $40 (11/25 – 12/10)
💥Get Luckier Next Time: $45 (12/11 – 12/25)
💥You Really Missed it: $55 (12/26– 01/01)

The registration fee includes 1 (ONE) free meal for the tournament

FORMAT:
This is a pool - round robin format tournament, which means your teams will be added into a pool, and your team will be playing against other teams from the same pool. Depending on the size of the divisions, either all or some of the team will come out of the pool to get into a single elimination bracket. If you lose there, you will be eliminated.

This is a DUPR Rated tournament. All matches will be reported to DUPR to add to your rating. If you don't have a rating you will have one after this tournament. Please visit mydupr.com to make a free account. Then under the play tab search for ELITE. You then join our club.

We will be moderating Sandbagging this tournament. The way ratings work is if you are playing in the 3.0 event, your rating needs to be a 3.0-3.49. If your rating is 3.50+ you can not play in the 3.0 bracket. If your rating is 4.00 you can not play in the 3.5 bracket. So on and so forth. THERE WILL BE NO GRACE. Please sign up in the appropriate bracket. We reserve the right to move you to the appropriate division based on your DUPR ranking reviewed 3 days before the registration is closed. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND if you withdraw due to DUPR adjustment after the withdrawal date (12/07)!

We are indoors on an outdoor surface. We will be playing rain or shine!

Refund Policy

Registration closes on: Tuesday, January 01, 2025; 11:45PM
Refunds are given for withdrawal before 12/17 minus pickleballbrackets fee ($5 for 1 event, $10 for 2 or more events). They will be processed after the tournament is finished to avoid any mix-ups or mistakes.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND if you withdraw due to DUPR adjustment after the withdrawal date (12/07)!
