The 2024 Bay Area Senior Games Pickleball Tournament is an Age based tournament for Players 50 and up. This is a Non-Qualifier event - just come have fun! ALL ROUND ROBIN with PLAYOFFS for gold/silver/bronze medals

The three skill levels of FUN (2.5 and 3.0) & Recreational (3.0) & Intermediate (3.5) & Advanced (4.0+) follows the National Senior Games rules. The age groups are 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, & 90+

You are eligible to play if you will be 50 on or before Dec 31, 2024

PLAYERS CAN ONLY PLAY IN ONE DIVSION PER DAY

Friday, May 24th - Men's and Women's MINI Singles
Saturday, May 25th – Men’s Doubles & Women's FULL Singles*****FULL 3/18/24****
Sunday, May 26th – Mixed Doubles*****FULL 3/18/24****
Monday, May 27th - Women's Doubles & Men's Full Singles*****FULL 3/18/24****

Early Registration 2/1-3/31 is $55 per player + $15 per event
Registration APRIL is $70 per player + $15 per event
Late Registration 5/1-5/15 is $85 per player + $15 per event
VERY LATE REGISTRATION 5/15 ON $100 PER PLAYER PLUS $15 PER EVENT

No Membership in any association is required for registration.
This tournament is US Senior Pickleball approved.

To join USSP, go to USSeniorPickleball.com, only $20 per year. Multi-year payment discounts available.

USSP members will receive a $10 discount off the registration fee and are eligible for points and prizes. Go to the USSP website listed above for more information on the points system.

Additional Information

Registration Fee for the 2024 Bay Area Encore Senior Games: $55 per person (February & March) and $15 per event. If you have already registered (for another 2023 BASG sports event - such as track & field, swimming, racquetball, etc.) on the 2024 Bay Area Encore Senior Games website, please do not pay the BASG registration fee again on pickleballbrackets.com. You will only need to pay $15 per additional event. However, you will have to contact me (Mike at pickleballisgreat@gmail.com) and let me know that you have already registered for the Bay Area Senior Encore Games so I can enter you as paid.

Participants are not confirmed in the tournament until they have registered (doubles partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

USSP has a points system to award prizes to the top finishers each year. In the past, prizes with a retail value of $20,000 were awarded to the top 10-point winners in each age group for both men and women on an annual cycle. In 2023, the prize points will begin in January and run through the end of December.

Refund Policy

All refunds will have a $10 admin fee up until 5/1/24

After 5/1/24 only 50% will be refunded

If there is a cancellation due to weather up to 50% of the fees will be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Format and bracket combination may change as needed based on the tournament director.
