Woodstock Lions Fall Pickleball Jamboree Round Robin

Description

The Woodstock Lions Club is proud to announce the 2023 Woodstock Pickleball Jamboree ! This event will be held on Saturday, September 30th at Dupree Park located close to historic downtown Woodstock, GA. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Woodstock Lions Club's many community service projects, including:

• Hunger relief
• Vision care
• Diabetes Screening
• Environmental protection
• Disaster relief and preparedness
• Scholarships
• Other Humanitarian needs

Registration fee is $25 and includes one event. Additional event fee will be $25. Please note that Pickleball Brackets will also add an additional $5 per registration.

Saturday September 30th Morning - Men's Doubles
Saturday September 30th Early Afternoon - Women's Doubles
Saturday September 30th - Afternoon - Mixed Doubles

Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.

The Woodstock Lions Club is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over 60+ years. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of those in need, and we believe that this tournament is a great way to do just that.

The Woodstock Pickleball Tournament is open to all levels of players, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, we encourage you to sign up and join us for a day of fun and philanthropy.

In addition to the benefits of playing Pickleball, participants in the Woodstock Pickleball Tournament will also have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. All proceeds from the tournament will go directly to the Woodstock Lions Club's many community service projects. This is a great opportunity to have fun, get some exercise, and give back to your community.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 26, 2023 AT 11 am EST

Medals will be given to the top 3 teams that win the round robin. First 15 Players to sign up would also get a free Tournament T-Shirt. All registered players will be provided a raffle ticket and you could win free prizes like a paddle, pickleball, and other gifts donated by sponsors.

We would provide Water, Fruit, and Re-hydration packets to all participants. There would also be vendors who will be selling snacks and food.

We reserve the right to combine events based on total registrations. In case of the event being cancelled due to bad weather there will be a rain date on October 7th 2023.

Refund Policy

This is a charity event raising funds for the Woodstock Lions Club and all proceeds are used to provide humanitarian services to the community. We do not provide refunds and you should be able to claim this expense as a donation on your income tax returns. Woodstock Lions Club is a registered 501C3 organization.
