Southern Pickleball is coming back to Cape Coral for Deck the Halls with Pickleballs Tournament
December 6-8, 2024

With an average of 355 days of sunshine, every year and an average high temperature of 85 degrees, the City of Cape Coral is a great place to get outside and play! Lake Kennedy Racquet Center is a state-of-the-art tennis and pickleball facility that features 32 pickleball courts and 12 tennis courts. In addition to being a prime destination for pickleball and tennis enthusiasts, the center offers a variety of lessons, clinics, and camps for all ability levels, as well as paddle and racquet rentals.

Registrations Fee/Event Fee

Registration is $15 and includes a free tournament T-shirt for all players registered by Thursday Nov 21st at 11pm. Each event is $40. Players may play up to 3 events (singles, gender doubles, mixed doubles)

All medalists qualify to play in the Southern Championships Jan 3-5th, 2025 at the World's Largest Indoor Pickleball Facility, Rythm and Rally, located in Macon, GA,

DUPR is the official rating of Southern Pickleball. Players that do not have a DUPR account should create an account prior to the tournament. In the event a player does not have a DUPR Rating their self-rating will be used. Ratings will be updated three weeks prior to the tournament. Players that have registered in a bracket lower than their rating at the time of the update will be moved the higher bracket.

Refund Policy

Southern Pickleball offers tournament insurance to players. Tournament insurance covers weather related cancelations, withdrawal due to injury or family emergency. If all events are missed, a player purchasing tournament insurance will be refunded 100 percent of their registration & event fees. If a player plays in an event and other events are missed, the player will be refunded the event fee for the canceled event.

A player's registration is non-transferable to another player at any time.

We will make every effort to complete all events. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event. The last day to withdraw and receive a refund is Thursday, November 21st at 10:45pm Eastern. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $15 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered, and all fees have been paid in full.

Players who have signed up without partners and are unable to find partners must withdraw by the withdrawal deadline in order to receive a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after the tournament concludes.


Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine that must be paid prior to competing in a future Southern Pickleball tournament,
