2022 Maui Pukaball Tournament at the Wailea Tennis Club

Very Fun Round Robin format WITH playoffs
(non-sanctioned USA Pickleball)
Open & Senior & Legendary Divisions for all skills (3.0 - 4.5+)
At least 3 age groups (8-49 & 50-64 & 65+)
We are using self ratings, not the USAPA Tournament Player Rating (UTPR) for more info (Please do NOT register below your published UTPR - we will move you up automatically)
Tournament fees :
$30 registration before 10/1/21
$50 LATE registration before 12/15/21
$15 per event

Wednesday January 5th & Thursday January 6th 7:30am to 9:30am 2 hour clinic each day of instructions plus open play to follow $175 per person per clinic per day/ 8 Max each day.
Private Lessons - available each day after 10am in 3 formats
Solo (private) one hour $125
2 players (Semi-private) one hour $250
3 Players and me 90 minutes $100 per player
Wednesday 1/5 - 2 hour Clinic & Private Lessons
Thursday 1/6 - 2 hour Clinic & Private Lessons
Friday 1/7 - Women's Doubles & Men's Singles
Saturday 1/8 - Mixed Doubles
Sunday 1/9 - Men's Doubles & Women's Singles
Monday 1/10 - Private Lessons
MANDATORY QUARANTINE
Hawaii is currently under mandatory 10-day quarantine for visitors coming from outside Hawaii.
HOW TO AVOID QUARANTINE
TRAVELERS VACCINATED IN THE UNITED STATES: Starting July 8, 2021, travelers vaccinated in the US and who are fully vaccinated shall not be subject to quarantine. Traveler will need one of the following vaccination records as proof of vaccination: a CDC COVID-19 vaccination card, VAMS (Vaccine AdministrationManagement System) printout, or DOD Form DD 2766C. Vaccine data must be entered on the traveler's record on Hawaii Safe Travels digital platform attravel.hawaii.gov. Traveler must bring the original proof of vaccine when them when they travel. INTER-ISLAND TRAVELERS: Persons traveling between islands do not need to create a trip itinerary on Hawaii Safe Travels, take a COVID-19 test, or quarantine, regardless of their vaccination status or where they were vaccinated.
ALL OTHER TRAVELERS: A negative COVID-19 test is required in order to travel to Hawaii. The test must be taken within 72 hours before my flight to Hawaii departs and it must be performed by a Hawaii travel partner and be an FDA-Approved NAAT test from a CLIAcertified laboratory. Travel partners are found athttps://hawaiicovid19.com/travel-partners/. I must receive my negative test result before I board the final leg of my flight to Hawaii. If I don't receive my negative test result before I board the final leg of my flight to Hawaii, I will need to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days or the length of my stay, whichever is shorter. Quarantine is not available in this rented condo.
HAWAII SAFE TRAVELS DIGITAL FORM
Hawaii Safe Travels is a mandatory digital form that collects the traveler’s required health and travel information. Safe Travels is one part of a multi-layered screening process that includes arrival temperature checks, and secondary screening for those with symptoms or temperatures of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. The digital form can be found at https://travel.hawaii.gov. Travelers may submit their negative COVID-19 test results through the Hawaii Safe Travels website.
Refund Policy
Refunds will have a $10 fee before the end of registration Dec 15, 2021
If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund
