AGE: We have decided to split into 2 age brackets this year--50-62, and 63+
Monday, Dec 2, 2024 -- Men's Doubles
Tuesday, Dec 3, 2024 -- Mixed Doubles
Wednesday, Dec 4, 2024 -- Women's Doubles
( Dec 5 and 6, rain days)

**PLEASE NOTE** Ratings for tournament are pulled from UTPR first as this is a USA Sanctioned Tournament. There is a 0.5 level up you can play.

NOTE: Event results are submitted automatically to USAPA for UTPR ratings. PBB has now integrated with DUPR, and results should also go to each participants DUPR account. Please ensure you have a DUPR profile connected to your Pickleball Bracket account in order to upload results.

This is a 50+ USAPA Sanctioned Tournament. You MUST have a current USAPA Championship level membership (not a Challenger level) valid through December 8, 2024 to register.

Each registrant will receive a lunch ticket which can be used on any of the 3 days.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
October 1, 2024 @ 9:00 am, (Mountain Standard Time)
Nov 22, 2024 @ 6:00 pm -- registration closes
Minimum age of any player shall be 50
Player age is determined as of 12/31/2024

A registration is not considered confirmed until both partners are completely registered and fees are paid.
An event will be considered filled when paid/completed registrations for that event reach established maximums.

Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to event scheduled time. ***PLEASE BRING PHOTO ID AS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THIS AT REGISTRATION***
Event schedule will be sent out 7 days prior to tournament start date

Tournament Director reserves the right to divide and/or combine brackets, or change the format based on registration.

REGISTRATION FEE
$50 plus $5 per event
Pickleball brackets does have a surcharge of $5/event which will show on your receipt.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE
Nov 22, 2024 to receive refund, less $15 administration fee.

Online registration only, and payments made through Stripe (includes credit card payments)

Additional Information

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format to a round robin if there are less than 6 teams registered in any age/skill bracket. There will NOT be medal match playoffs in round robins. Medals will be awarded per games won, with point differential as the tie-breaker, if needed.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS
--player who withdraws by Nov 22, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $15 cancellation fee
--player who withdraws after Nov 22, 2024, will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for a refund

WAITLIST
Please do not pay registration fee if in no other event and on waitlist

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Every effort will be made to complete all games and events. There will be NO REFUNDS for events that are modified, rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond our control.
