Players may withdraw for a refund up to 24 hours before their bracket plays. Only registration and event fees will be refunded - we will not refund the "processing fee" that is charged by PickleballBrackets.com. We will not charge any additional refund/withdrawal processing fees!National Pickleball events are outdoor events. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, National Pickleball will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid-play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined. If we are able to start your event (even if we do not finish it), a refund will not be given. If we are unable to start your event, you will receive a refund for that event (ie. you will only be refunded the event fee(s) - not your full registration fee).Players may withdraw for a full refund up to 24 hours before their bracket plays.Thank you for your understanding!
