Round Robin play with top 4 teams making it out to a single elimination playoff.

New divisions this year are the 60+ and 50+ Men's Women's and Mixed Doubles. There will also be Junior divisions where the Future #1 player in the world could make their playing debut.

Along with registration players are asked to bring a donation of non-perishable food to help families in need celebrate Thanksgiving with a nourishing meal. This years goal will be to feed 200 families.

Bardmoor members are going to prove they have what it takes to be the best as they will have bounties placed on their teams during the single elimination bracket.

Only 10 Teams permitted per division. 2 pools of 5 teams will play each other in a game to 11 wins by 2.

Playoff bracket games are to 15 wins by 2. Loser’s bracket will be to 11 win by 2. The Gold / Silver Medal will be a game to15 win by 2. The Bronze medal game will be a game to 11 win by 2.


Dwell 40 is the official ball.

Hydration and Snacks are included for players with registration.
Food Truck will be onsite for the purchase of food.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Cancellation deadline is October 25th , 2023. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $10 administration fee.

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of the tournament, we will credit your registration fees less any fees.

If the event has STARTED and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds. We will make every effort to complete any event that has been started.

ALL REFUNDS will be sent after the tournament is completed.
