Welcome to the 2nd Annual PickleMeSilly Holiday Spectacular Pickleball Tournament! We are planning on making this year's event even more exciting with new opportunities to win chances to take home awesome prizes.

We are excited to be introducing new brackets for your enjoyment!
Youth coed brackets! Doubles and Singles (ages 12-17)
Senior coed brackets (ages 65+)

AND INTRODUCING "AFEP" SINGLES! Not singles, not skinny singles but A FEW EXTRA POUNDS SINGLES! We bring the outside lines in a foot just the sidelines...the length of the court is the same. It's like Skinny singles, but you play in the middle of the court like regular singles. Great for players looking to do singles but who just can't cover the whole singles court. AFEP Singles is FREE with registration ($5 event fee is charged)

Our vendor partners will be on site to share their holiday gift ideas and offering other fun opportunities to win holiday merchandise. We sold out last year so reserve your spot early!

Please note: Depending on registration, the singles and the coed doubles events may be moved to Friday December 6, 2024.
WHEN: Saturday December 7th and Sunday December 8th, 2024.
Men's and Women's Doubles - December 7th
Senior (ages 65+) Coed Doubles - December 7th
Men's and Women's Singles - December 8th
Mixed Doubles - December 8th
Youth (ages 12-17) Coed Doubles - December 8th

WHERE: The tournament will be held at Dill Dinkers in Finksburg, Maryland featuring 12 dedicated indoor courts.

COST: Registration is $75. We offer an early bird discount of $20 until November 7, 2024. Use code ILOVEPICKLEMESILLY at checkout to receive the discount.

All registered players receive a complimentary gift pack from the Pickleball Santa!

There are no game fees for our holiday event! The only exception is the Open brackets with cash prizes.

A one time $5 bracket admin fee is added to all registrations.

Exact times to be determined you will be notified at least 48 hours before the start of your competition.

PLEASE NOTE: If your desired event is not showing up as an option your RATING on Pickleballbrackets.com most likely needs to be adjusted so the events you wish to join appear as an option.

Additional Information

This is a competitive Pickleball tournament - but we require all players to have FUN! If you are not having fun, and not being fun to be around...you will be asked to adjust your attitude!

Registrants should be prepared to play at the level of play they choose. Players may register for events based on their Pickleballbrackets.com and/or Dupr skill ratings. These ratings may be different than other rating platforms. Players and teams who have played in our previous events, and have won a bracket easily, will be required to move up to the next highest skill level.

PickleMeSilly reserves the right to combine age groups of the same skill level when there is not a sufficient number of teams registered in specific skill/age groups. If a player or team is unable to compete in the newly established group a refund will be provided minus a $5/$10 management fee.

PickleMeSilly reserves the right to move players and teams up or down in skill groups at our sole discretion. If the player or team refuses the change your registration fees will be refunded minus a $10 management fee. We ask that you please use good judgement when signing up for an event to avoid any problems.

Spectators are welcome to attend the event and cheer on their friends and family. There is standing room around the courts and some limited seating provided. Chairs can be set up in designated areas around the court fences. There is also a lounge and full restrooms with showers. Lockers available on first come first serve and please bring your own lock.

Players attending their first tournament event are encouraged to arrive early to ask questions and get comfortable with a new and exciting tournament environment.

Players may warm up on open courts before the start of play. Players arriving after start of play will be allowed a 5-minute warm up on assigned court if no courts are available before start time.

All players will need to attend a mandatory player meeting before the start of play. If you are unable to attend the event or running late you must contact us on the event hotline or your team may forfeit the event without a refund.

USAPA 2024 rules will apply. Referees/Monitors may be requested and provided only if available.

A certified EMT/Athletic Trainer will be on site during playing times to assist players with any medical concerns.

Award medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket Champion (gold)/Runner-Up (silver)/Third Place (bronze).

You are encouraged to bring your own pre-prepared food and drinks.

Children are welcome, and are to be supervised at all times by an adult to not interfere with game management or competition.

Alcohol is permitted in the facility by persons 21 and over. No alcohol consumption is permitted on the playing courts at any time. Players competing in the scheduled events may NOT consume alcohol at any time until they are eliminated from the tournament competition. No exceptions. Violators will be disqualified without warning and without refunds. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the facility at any time.

Please no food or drinks allowed inside the playing courts. No radios or noise makers are permitted. No soliciting, advertising banners, and signs are permitted with permission from the event management.

We love our pups! Friendly and non-aggressive pets are allowed inside the facility during this event. They are required to be on short secure leads and attended to at all times. The management reserves the right to remove any animals that we feel are not a good fit for our events.

No unauthorized solicitation is permitted anywhere on the event property without the expressed permission in writing from PickleMeSilly, LLC.

DISCLAIMERS/OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is a private event. The event is hosted by Dill Dinkers Corp. of Finksburg, MD. Participation in the event requires a completed PickleMeSilly LLC registration before the November 30, 2024 deadline. PickleMeSilly is committed to providing a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for our players, guests, and staff. Everyone is expected to adhere to all municipal laws and regulations, and exhibit the highest degree of sportsmanship and fair play at all times. If you plan on drinking alcohol, Uber and other shared ride services are strongly encouraged. The management reserves the right to dismiss any player, team, or spectator at any time for violation of generally accepted codes of good conduct published herein or otherwise assumed. The event management reserved the right to remove any person in violation of these expectations from the event without warning, and without refund. Please secure your valuables at all times or leave at home. The event management is not responsible for property lost and or stolen that is brought to the event. Refund Policy

CANCELLATION DEADLINE FOR REFUND: We understand things happen and life throws curveballs at us...if you cannot make the event after registering please email us for assistance.

This is an indoor tournament and will take place in the event of rain. Any other conditions requiring the cancellation or postponement of the event will be communicated to attendees.
