Kingston FALL GRIP & RIP I Dig Pickleball Tournament

Description

Round Robin Format, games to 11, win by 1.
Then top 4 teams advance to the medal round for play offs.
Registration fee of $50 includes 1 event. A second additional event is $15.

WEEKEND FESTIVITIES: This event is sponsored by Deep Eddy’s Vodka, one of the PPA Tour sponsors!
Our Deep Eddy’s bar will be open starting at 12pm for all participants and spectators to enjoy.
Grab one of our pickleball inspired cocktails or your favorite drink to sip on while watching the
rest of the tournament for the day!
GIVEAWAY:
When you check in make sure to register for our Deep Eddy’s giveaway! Two lucky winners will
receive a Deep Eddy’s bag full of special Deep Eddy’s and 78Fitness swag, pickleballs, sweat
towels and more! Limited supply of swag items will be passed out to players throughout the
tournament.
RETAIL & FOOD:

purchase, or grab a quick snack/drink to recharge before your next match!

Additional Information

Director reserves the right to change player levels if deemed appropriate, correcting underrated players.
Players with any rating that is higher than his/her registered event may be moved to a higher level at the discretion of the tournament director.
Format or times may change if needed to run an efficient tournament.
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player of their team.
Based on the number of registrations received, then age groups may be split based on the age of the youngest player of the team.
Bracket events may be combined of ages and/or levels.
Director reserves the right to deny a player's registration.

Rain date will be Monday, October 21st, if needed. Please plan accordingly.

Health & Safety

Please advise of any pre-existing medical conditions that we should be aware of.

Refund Policy

No refunds for any reason after October 4th, the close of registration.
$10 administration fee for any withdrawals.
Players may not transfer funds to another player.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, there will be an 'up to 50%' refund.
Weather/rain dates are planned for Monday, October 21st, please plan accordingly.
